    On August 15, 2023 *****************, owner of the company, came to our home to repair the leather on two recliners and one couch arm. After he made the repairs to these items on the same day we noticed they weren't done correctly. We contacted him that day and his reply was "***, the dye rubbed off. I can be there next Tuesday to assist this again. No worries! I will use the air gun instead. I think the dabbing method made it weak." On August 21st we contacted him again to see what time he would arrive on the 22nd. No response. On the 22nd we contacted again and were told that he had an issue and would let us know when he could come. Since then we have contacted him numerous times by voice mail and texts with one response on Sept 11th that him or a tech need to come but did not schedule. He's continued to ignore our attempts to reach him with no responses from him at all.
