    This was the worst rigged dealership I have ever been to. Every complaint here, is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!! They expect me to keep paying on a car that never got fixed and is no longer running. Repairs cost more than the car does.

    This is a great place to buy a vehicle. The owner is a man of his word and has always bent over backwards to help the people around him. The staff is professional and capable of getting you the best deal you can get on a used vehicle. Dont let the negative reviews scare you. From what I can see the people who are upset with this business dont understand the responsibility of buying a vehicle. I mean if my toilet broke after I bought a house I wouldnt call the mortgage company I would just get it fixed. I didnt feel pressured into buying my 3 vehicles and sure they had some used car issues but nothing crazy and Watson helped me get the repairs done at a cost that I didnt think was possible after quoting the work myself. Thanks again Watson Auto. Ill be a customer for life. God bless yall.

    Well, as you can read from the other complaints do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. **** in to purchase a truck after dealing with a no insurance accident. Advertisement was a LIE, signed and gave them $1500 to drive the truck for 3 weeks and then they repo the truck because I was not approved. **** Watson and ******* ****** are SCAMMERS and now they wont even give me my refund on a truck they let me drive for 3 weeks! Oh and they will hammer your credit with hard inquiries. Take your hard earned $ elsewhere.

    Purchased a vehicle with this company and the vehicle has needed substantial repairs. I was given the run around trying to get the vehicle repaired. It wasnt until I brought someone in with me for the owner to take me seriously. Once I brought my car in the game resumed. I have been without my vehicle over a week and Im still being told that the warranty company is working on it.

    Look up Abrasive, dont let them *** and ghip you into paying extra money. Make sure you leave the dealership with ALL your paperwork and read it before you leave. Check the maintenance on your car, they will try to sneak anything by you, and its SAD! Coming with intelligence? Itll be dismissed and overlooked. Have a sense of accomplishment, DONT GO HERE unless you will QUICKLY regret it.

    **** WATSON IS A *****!!!!!!!! I was hit by a drunk driver and my car flipped twice. After dealing with the frustrating mess from insurance and the bank I was supposed to get a new car! I was lied to about everything that was supposed to happen and told a totally different thing by **** when I got there! He over talked me wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise and tested me like I did not matter as a customer didnt care what I wanted or asked for! He tried to sell me a van that when I drove off the lot to test drive the seal came off the windshield. I get to the place and told him about it and he just rips it off like its nothing!!!!! Says oh itll be fixed later! Then after doing the deal I leave the lot 5 minutes later the car tries to overheat! I call back and nobody answers! So I go the next day there ALLL DAY and he says that the thermostat is being changed. They supposedly change it but then 3 days later the car is trying to overheat yet again! I was supposed to go in yesterday but got caught up with doctors appointments so I didnt get to make it. I went to my doctors appointments today and ran errands and was gonna go today and get the car looked at. As my girlfriend was at the store, he had someone come and tow the **** van away as they are in the store! My car note isnt due until the 14th 2 weeks! Do NOT ever do business with **** Watson hes a ******* ***** and does not treat customers right. He told me before the deal after offering me a truck then saying that the van is my only option otherwise Im ******! Yes he used those words! If you want good service to to ******* At Watson **** ***** she is the BEST and will treat you fairly and do right by you! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH **** WATSON HIMSELF !Sickening how you do people and to have the car towed as they were walking out the store having the guy speed off is disgusting and disgraceful! Car note wasnt even due til the 14th might I add!

    Sold me a lemon the motor threw a rod 11 days later. Now theyre trying to charge me $200 to fix it under warranty when they sold me a lemon. Lost my down payment 1k, nobody ever calls you back everyone is rude. They delete the bad reviews off ******** so you think theyre a good company but theyre trash. Please ********************* time or credit. I was told ** stuck with this car since the deal went to the bank I have no copies of my contract nothing. Please dont do it go elsewhere

    I purchased a lemon basically October 2024, I didnt even have the car 2weeks and it broke down. They picked it up to repair and it took 2weeks so I was without transportation and still required to pay. Got the car back after calling with no response and they tell me they cleaned the 02 sensor and spark plugs. You cant clean spark plugs they need to be replaced. Also the next month my car was towed cause **** the owner said I didnt have insurance which is a lie but I was forced to pay 350 go get it back. Now following I get a ticket twice in 1 month from Arlington PD telling me the car isnt registered, mind you 3mnths om still no plates. I dont get plates until Feb 2024 and ** told *** was never done by employees there but they give me plates that dont match and also dont help pay the tickets. Now today the car was picked up why I dont know prob cause I let them know I hired an attorney cause the car broke down again and I paid 800plus out of pocket to fix what they never did. They are racist con artist and I pray they lose everything.

    Went in to make a complaint about rude service from sales lady ******* at the 28th street location in Fort Worth and ended up getting cursed out by the so called "Bossman"........ so yea that's the type of integrity their business has which is none. I do appreciate the service I received when I got my car from salesman ****** at the 28th street location, but I don't feel there was any need to be verbally assaulted for complaining on being treated less than by an employee! I wanted to know the name of the initial saleslady (I was unbeknownst to her name until after this incident) because of the way she did business. I did plan on doing a report of the matter to a higher office or business bureau and I let them know that. Once I said that their so called "Bossman" came from the back yelling and cursing at me about how dumb I was, that I was a ** that they don't care about, that I am alot of other curse words, even telling me I was accusing them of being racist. I never once mentioned race at all by the way, only the matter of how they go about doing service. I asked salesman ****** *s this regular service of their customers in which he replied there was nothing he could do about being cursed out by "the boss". I lastly asked if I could have the "bossman's" card in which I was met by more insults and cursing and told to leave which I did. I wouldn't trust a company who feels that this is a way that a customer should be treated that comes into a professional business setting!
