    Arg transport , is no one to do business with, I was quoted $575 to transport car upon arrival they demanded $1350, and would not release my keys. I noticed my car had damaged and asked for a claims form ,upon that time the driver refused to give me form, when I called dispatch she also refused to send me form, started speaking in Spanish say speak Spanish so client doesn't understand what we are saying , I then said I speak Spanish and understand you dumby . That then wanted me to sign disclaimer saying car arrived in good shape, I refused and driver would not give me my keys even though I had already paid him the higher price. I say do not ,do not do business with this company arg, they will charge you one price then upon arrival charge you a higher price , I am now forced to file a small claims suite on the in court for the $1000 dollar worth of damages to my car.     THIS IS A SCAM. I was contacted by AG Car shipping after making enquires on shipping a HD Motorcycle from ********* ** to **********. A price of $700.00 was agreed upon for an enclosed trailer door to door *************** A $100 deposit with credit card made with signed contract with balance of $600 in CASH ONLY upon delivery to Driver. The Date was set for Thursday after 2pm local time. On Thursday AGCS agent called me to say they would not pickup until Friday morning & WOULD REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $300. After reminding that we had a contract they were not going to abide by it. Requested $100 deposit back they tried several times to convince me to go with 'new-deal' & would split the extra cost with me. In view of the misleading tactics already used I would not do any further business with AG Car Shipping. SHAME ON THEM.

    This was the best price I could find, overall it was a great experience. I had a short window for pick up dates, ******* had went above and beyond to find me a driver in my price range. Not sure when is the next time I will need to ship a car, but will definitely consider AG Car Shipping again.

    i am a Auto dealer from *** i thought i need to step in when i saw some negative reviews for this company, i know sometimes its tough to be as a Auto Transport broker,They fulfilled most of my orders on COD "No initial Deposit" , i made , i worked with ******** from AG Carshipping Since FEB 2022 I was tired of dealing with other Car Shipping Companies but i had a very good experience with AG Car Shipping, I ll love to do business with this Company. 5 Stars are Specially for ******** , Simple, Cooperative and Professional.

    i was working with different brokers regarding car shipment. i wanted to ship my 2019 ******* Sonata from ********* ** to ********** **. other brokers quoted me low and high prices but i worked with a guy named ***** from Ag Car Shipping, he was so good in dealings and he provided me the driver in an average and affordable price. No price changes, shipment on time and i really appreciate the driver as well. pickup was on 12th August 2022 and Delivery on 16th August 2022. i ll love to work with AG again thanks!

    This company is a Total scam! I was contacted by a representative, named *****, who promised the ***** cost to ship my truck would be $750. I paid the $150 deposit, and was told I'd be contacted 1 day prior to pickup to ensure everything was still good to go. On the pickup date (5/23/22), I still had not received any communication, so I contacted *****. No response, until the next day (5/24/22), and it was nothing but excuses. The total jumped up to $1890, which I quickly declined, and I asked for a refund. ***** said refunding my money would be no issue. A few hours later, she contacted me again to state she found a driver; however, at that point I had already made other arrangements to ship my truck. ***** kept trying to get me to agree to go with this new driver and cost ($1300), but I repeatedly told her no thank you and asked for a refund. I inquired to the status of my refund on 5/30/22, and ***** immediately stated she was going to check with her accounts ****** never heard back from her. As of today, I still have not received my refund, or even a response regarding my refund request - I've asked for a status update each day since the 30th. ***** ignores my calls and texts. Do NOT do business with this company!!!! I've disputed the deposit charge, and thankfully my credit card company restored the funds to my account.

    They gave me a quote of $895 and said it was guaranteed. They also said the deposit was refundable if I needed to cancel. I never got a confirmation of the pickup day until a few hours before the time I requested. At that point the price went up to $1600. They claimed suddened fuel spike. My husband and I were upset and wanted to deposit back. At that point they kept lowering the rate until it reached $1100 but my husband didn't trust they would follow through. We canceled and requested our deposit back. They said they would clear us from the system and return the money. Now no one responds to my calls or messages to get my deposit back. I would have done business in the future but now I don't trust them.
