    Our freezer in our whirlpool fridge was buzzing, so we called Mr. Appliance.the techs came out on a Friday, assessed the issue, and charged me for the full amount of service, labor, and parts, but did nothing to solve the issue that day.they told us we could not schedule the service for the weekend because “the weekend guy just quit.”I work during the week, so they had to come while my wife was home alone.We scheduled the appointment for a Wednesday and asked for the same time as the original appointment.He said he scheduled for that time, but lied, so we had to reschedule the appointment for the next Friday.Now, we were without a fridge or freezer for a week. when they came, the techs (2)did not take their shoes off even though it had rained the night and day before. they replaced the part and said they actually needed to replace another part, and it would cost another $368 after we paid $350 for the first part.my wife stated that we would prefer to try to change it ourselves, the techs laughed in her face and stated “there is no way someone who hasn’t changed that part before could do it on their own.”I want to try doing it myself before I pay someone to do it. more laughter. after replacing the part and laughing in my wife’s face while trying to charge us more money for a part they don’t even know for sure needed to be replaced, my wife asked them to plug the fridge back in. She asked three times, yet the techs attempted to leave without plugging it in. they pulled the fridge out to plug it back in and, when they did, a bunch of our glasses dropped out of the bottom of our cabinet and shattered on the floor. They refused any sort of responsibility, saying that it was our fault, then they left. So, they charged me in full for service they couldn’t provide that day, with a part they didn’t have, then couldn’t schedule an appointment during non-work hours, tried to hustle my wife for more money, laughed in her face, broke some of our stuff, and left our carpet dirty
