1 starI scheduled a facial online. They had specials through facebook. Had a facial which was not bad. I thought I was done. The tech listed her private number on my sheet and said she gives these all the time if I need another one call her directly. She then sends me to a man name Mor. He takes me to a room and starts talking to me about my face. Starts putting products on my face. Tries to keep selling me more products. Ask about my family tells me I remind him of his Mom. Then he brings out these laser machines and tries them on my face. I told him they were nice but I could not afford them. I agreed to some products he takes my card and my license and he comes and goes telling me to keep using laser. After an hour or more I explain I like the laser but too high. He kept making deals wants to keep adding more products and free facials. He apparently ran a check on me somehow he knew how much I had on my care credit which we never discussed nor did I tell him I had care credit. He kept pressuring me I felt very uncomfortable after a while but he kept leaving the room. He would come back make another offer. I was confused with all the offers and ready to get out. He comes out with a bag and tells me I have a great deal, products for a years and two laser machines. I am in my 60's felt pressured like he was not going to let me leave. I finally gave in and said I need to go. They had ran my card for $8297 plus $260 for products then I had to pay $70 for a facial. I was suppose to go back for facials each month. I will never go back again. I should have stood up for myself I was beat down and mad at myself for allowing this to happen. They wore me down for over an hour. Hope this helps the next person or victim.Review fromlia R

1 starTHIS IS A SCAM AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! HE EVEN ASKED ME TO BREAK IT UP INTO TWO OR MORE PAYMENTS WHEN I DIDN’T WANT TO COMMIT! FORCEFUL PUSHY, I WAS SCAMMED! MY MISTAKE AND A BIG ONE!! TRYING TO SAVE YOU ALL FROM THE SAME. THE STORE LASTED ABOUT THREE MONTHS AND DISAPPEARED! IT GET’S BETTER….THE “LIFETIME GUARANTEE” WILL COST YOU $200 (HANDLING) AFTER NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS (BOTH THE IVORY AND THE RED!) WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN TO THE STORE….THEY GAVE ME A CARD AND SAID….”CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE”….THAT WAS A PLOY, AS CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE….THEY BOTH DENIED RESPONSIBILITY AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE STORE THEY WOULD NOT LET ME ENTER THE STORE BUT INSTEAD PULLED ME TO THE MIDDLE OF THE MALL FOR ALL OF 2 MINUTES TO TEST MY “$6500 LIFETIME GUARANTEED DEVICES LESS THAN ONE MONTH IN AND AGAIN I WAS JUST TOLD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE….I WAS A COMPLETE IDIOT!!! THE MAN LITERALLY BLOCKED THE DOOR WAY AND REFUSED A REFUND AND THEN ANOTHER MONTH LATER THE STORE HAD VANISHED! I NEVER DID GET A RESOLUTION FOR THE $6500 I SPENT ON ** PLASTIC LIGHTS THAT DO NOT WORK AND NEVER DID! IT’S A MAGICIANS GAME! RUN!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM!! CHECK OUT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, I WISH I HAD!!…I FELL FOR THE PRESSURE AND I KNEW BETTER….WHEN A BUSINESS PUSHES YOU TO PUT IT ON MORE THAN ONE CREDIT CARD…THERE IS AN ISSUE! I AM NOT LYING WHEN I SAY WHAT THEY SHOW YOU IN THE STORE AND IN THE HALL IS “NOT” WHAT THEY SEND YOU HOME WITH!!! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ….SAME REVIEWS TIME AND TIME AGAIN BUT NO RESPONSE FROM VOUPRE….SO SHOCKING!!!! **Review fromTerry D

5 starsI recently had a rejuvenating experience at Friendswood spa center for a skin treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to relax fully. The treatment itself was not only effective but also tailored to my specific needs. My skin feels refreshed, and the glow is unmistakable. I highly recommend Friendswood spa center for anyone seeking top-notch skin treatments in a soothing environment.Review fromJody S

1 starI had a terrible experience at Friendswood Spa by Voupre, not once but several times. Sean is the owner/manager and he is a "high pressure sales person. He does give you some products to add to the distraction *** **** ****** ********* that I should have known right off the bat. I still had 2 sessions left but will not return. Poorly run business. My face hurt for 2 weeks afterwards on 2 of the procedures they did. I am a retired nurse and feel that he scammed me. Hopefully this report helps others and do your homework.Review fromMarcia S

1 starThis place is a total SCAM! Sean, the owner/manager, is a greedy, high pressured “Salesman”! He gives you some free stuff to keep you distracted while he runs your credit without your permission. Then sets you up on a $4,333 contract that he gets financed through **********. (A total scam operation”). My Credit Union even confirmed ********** is a fraud!). I told Sean my face was very sensitive and that if I could tolerate the Ultrasound technique, that I could just pay cash! But he was not having that! ********** took out a payment, THAT day and I didn’t even do my first treatment until three weeks later! My very first treatment left my face with bruises, abrasions and two small scars. When I told my esthetician about it she acted like it was “normal “. So I thought surely they wouldn’t lie to me! Ha-Ha!! After about ten days the bruises and the abrasions went away but the scars were still visible. So I went back for my next appointment and the SAME THING HAPPENED!!! They would not give me a refund or cancel my remaining payments! While Sean was out of the country, the “acting” manager told me that I should just cancel my card that they used (without my permission or signature) for the “loan” through ********** so they could not take anymore payments out of my account. So I did ?? !!! And ********** has texted me at least three to four times a DAY harassing me! Total scam all the way around! Help me!!!Review fromGloria C. P

I was a victim of psychological harassment and sexual insinuation in a store in Baybrook mall in Friendswood Texas. My request for help is for me and for ALL the people who have surely experienced this but are silent, there must be laws that protect the integrity of the consumer and their decisions because "I decided to leave the store and I COULDN'T, they did not physically force me but psychologically with GASLIGHTING.” Today I apparently have a debt of $2,000 dollars in a credit company called Cherry for a service that I have not taken, nor will I take. Can you help me to free myself from this, also if you can do something to stop these types of people like SHON or FRIENDSWOOD SPA CENTER BY VOUPRE who scam people. They are sellers of illusions. They have a website Friendswood.voupre.com where they sell creams for $5,000 dollars which of course are out of the market range, so they sell you a package of facials from 2,000 to 6,000 dollars and in my case they gave me 7 creams (according to them worth more than $2,000) and a facial machine that they say costs $10,000. So that you get excited and believe that you are taking great gifts and hire them. The thing is that when you open each box of creams they do not have any ingredient content in the container, so you do not know what you are putting on your face. I spoke to Cherry and they told me that there was no problem for them that I could cancel as long as the store authorized it. Cherry talked to Shon and he told me that he didn't even let him talk and that he was also very rude to him. I spoke again with Mr. Shon, he told me... it says here that there are no refunds and he told me... that you want me to write it on your forehead or what? to which I told him not to speak to me sarcastically and rudely, he did not want to cancel so I left his 7 creams and machine on his counter and I told him ..... He understands that I do NOT want your service and you do not give me you can force me to do something I don't want. Thanks for allowing me to express myself.
