Had ***** that we noticed had some lines in upper Rt corner of screen when on, also very faint lines thru out screen. TV less than one year old. Called ** and repairman ( around 8-7-23) said would be out. He then called back and asked we take picture of screen and send it to him. He said he would order parts and when in would be over. He came over on 8-15-23, TV was on and working when he came in, he proceeded to squeeze lower Rt corner of screen and TV went black. Unable to power back up. He said the screen was fractured/damaged and not under warranty. I feel he should have not even touched the screen if he noticed fracture and brought that to our attention. We could have left it alone and still had TV. It was working when he got there and no longer after he did that. He said it was already damaged and had to squeeze it to make sure.

Customer complaint about TV line and turning by itself. But I found Rt bottom corner was physically damaged. When I squeezed damage part, it was more clear. That I showed customer and he agreed. But wife called me and complaint I broke screen and not turning on any longer. That is not true. Physical damage is not covered under warranty, that was explain to customer and got signed from husband. But wife thought I massed up all. In conclusion, TV was damaged that causes TV turns off and lines.
