    Waited 6 months for my appointment. Two days befor hand I get the confirmation text. I confirmed. Followed by that I got a email saying I will be seeing a new doctor. In my chart it says I only use one doctor due to my nerves and anxiety. My doctors schedule changed and they never communicated that with me. ***** argued that they had told me. She looked in her system and verified I was not lieing. She didnt apologize for arguing with me over that part. She then tells me she doesnt know what to do and calls ***** from the other office. ***** tells her to reschedule me or make me see a different doctor. I asked to file a complaint and ***** said I can only do it through her. Which makes it a bias situation with her being involved. I wasnt comfortable leaving the complaint with her as I dont think anything would become of it. I ask if I can speak with someone higher than an office manager and she said no. I asked where I can send a document to the owners or corporate and she said that I cant. So apparently the only person you can file a complaint with in the whole company is with the office manager. I have been coming here for over 6 years. Never missed and appointment and have always been very kind. These two employees pushed me right out the door. I have never been so disrespected when it came to being someone elses fault ?? as management you should understand that if your team makes a mistake it falls on you to correct it. These ladies knew I was in the right and still treated me this way. I hope the owners come across this post and feel guilt. Poor management will ruin your buisness very fast.
