    I had artificial turf installed on June 18 from JLC contractors, who I reached out to through *********. His business partner completed the project and a month in, weeds were growing everywhere. Come to find out, they used scrap pieces of material (turf comes in fifteen foot rolls and my patio is 16 feet wide so there should only be one seam). There are over 15 seams in my yard and they didn't glue the seams together. No weed barrier was used, so weeds are growing everywhere. They did not compact the material they used for the foundation, used untreated wood as ground boundaries which will rot, didn't bolt my fence back into place, the tree ring is off level, uncenter, and untreated wood. They also did not use any infill and used regular sand instead of silica sand, which should be used for an artificial turf project. As you can see in the texts, the owner actually admitted he doesn't do turf projects. They offered a 20% refund through ********, but it will take me over ***** to repair the whole thing as everything was done wrong.

    We installed the turf at ********************** and received a 5 star review because he said everything was great. He then reached out on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm. I told him I would get the guys back out to take care of the issue with the turf, no problem. He would not take that as a sufficient answer. After telling him multiple time we would come take care of it he finally was ok with it. Then at around 6:30 the same day he once again threw a fit that it wasn't taken care of and I told him I needed more than 5 hours on a Sunday to get any issue resolved. He then started using profanity and racial slurs to my guys and at that point I thought it was unsafe for myself or my crew to return. He then filed a dispute on ********* and after I showed them texts and harassing amounts of un-replied messages they ended up dropping the dispute. ******* also got the number to my mother and called texted and harassed her as well telling her how she raised a P.O.S. I am in talks with my attorney about possible harassment charges.
