    Ayass Laboratory has been billing me for services I never had. I havent even heard of this company. I called twice and left messages. They dont call back. I am hoping the BBB could help me resolve this.

    We understand there was a recent billing inquiry submitted to BBB regarding our laboratory. Ayass Laboratory would like to clarify that we only perform testing on specimens referred to us by clinics/doctor's offices. We do not initiate testing without orders and documentation from referring providers.As explained over the phone to ***************, our records show that the sample was forwarded to us by Heal360 along with a request to perform a COVID-19 test. She acknowledged giving the sample to the mentioned provider. This means the Heal360 clinic collected the specimen and sent it to us for analysis, as can be seen from the report received that has our lab information on it.If any patient has questions about testing billed by Ayass Lab, we recommend contacting your clinic/doctor's office to understand why the testing was ordered and referred to outside labs. As a reference lab, we perform procedures requested by referring providers. We are happy to assist with any additional questions about our services and billing practices.
