    On July 14, 2021 Spartan Moving Plus, LLC. Eric H******** supervisor/manager and addition workers appeared to load my belongings I asked him if he was with AAA Moving Group. He stated that AAA Moving subcontracted them to pick my belongings up, he stated there was more cargo that was stated on the inventory list provided by the AAA Moving Group. After going back and forth about how I have the same amount of items that are on the inventory list. He disagreed and claimed he was on the phone with the company talking to them about my inventory list. He had stated to me that the company told him that it was okay but they were going to have to charge me a additional 3,475.19 because of my extra cargo. I was told they were going to disassemble my furniture and reassemble it upon arrival as well as they were going to wrap everything in quilting blankets, none of these things where done when they were moving me. I had asked them about certain items of mine being wrapped and he said to me that they just need to get everything on the truck and they will wrap it properly that the storage unit. He had also stated to me that he wanted to get on the road as fast as possible. I asked Eric about my things being stored until I was ready for it and he stated to me yes that is correct. On November 11, 2021 Eric had contacted me in regards to be being behind on my storage fees but I was under the impression that I had to pay for the storage unit when all of my belongings were delivered to me and I received the final bill. He stated to me that is incorrect and I had to pay to storage fees on a monthly bases. At this time I wanted to know if my things have been delivered to Daytona Beach where I was told it was going to be stored at. He had stated to me no that my things are going to be stored in Colorado until you are ready for it. Every time I asked him where in Colorado my things were stored at he would either change the subject or he would not give me a straight answer. On November

    Do not use this company. We hired them last summer to move from CO to NC. They were pretty expensive but it was the pandemic and we thought we didn't have much choice. They seemed professional at first. They basically book your move and use a third party to physically move your things. The third party they used was Spartan Moving Plus. They were horrible. The communication between AME and SMP and us was laughable. We would get multiple calls all confirming different dates of pick-up drop-off etc. So once our things were picked up they were transferred to Denver to be held until they could fill up a bigger truck to head out east. Again no one would return our calls it took from Jun 21 when they picked up our things to final delivery of August 11. They not only damaged some handmade wood furniture but they "misplaced " our California King Size custom Oak bed frame with head board and foot rail. How do you misplace this?? this is not some small box lost in the shuffle this is a very large piece of furniture. After numerous calls they claimed "ah yes we still have it in the warehouse, we will get it out to you once another truck is full" It is June of 2022 . AME and SMP stopped answering our calls months ago. SMP mailbox is always full. They basically told us they had our things and that they were keeping them. Isn't that steeling? We never gave our bedframe to them. My father made that out of solid oak to replace would be $3000 and if we filed a claim we would get maybe $200 for it AME offered us $100 oh, yeah they also misplaced an 8x10 rug. This is robbery not just a few lost boxes. It is so sad that businesses can do this, treat people would paid them almost $10,000 to move a 2b/1b condo from CO to NC . We basically paid them to move some of our things and gave them the rest. And there's nothing we can do? They can just block our calls and forgot about us. Please give another company your business.
