You have a loss of trust and breached of contract.You failed to provide the quality materials verbally and contractually expected.You failed to provide the SAME MATERIALS,that was previously there and/or you failed to supply materials that would maintain the uniformity to homes in our vicinity.We asked for all repairs/colors to stay in compliance.several occasions,we stated and showed you what we wanted. The Workmanship alone,was sub par and resulted in esthetic appearance that looked uneven and unappealing There was damage to our gutters,landscape,lawn decor and Christmas lighting. This was expressed verbally and substantiated,via pictures,text and calls.All of which,you downplayed and gave excuses.lifted shingles all over the roof areas,blue paste,unevenly cut shingles that hung over the edge of roof, lifted shingles nothing like we previously had. specific items pertaining to all the metal that shouldve been replaced not painted.This wasn't a minor issue that it didnt look right nor an issue where we have to wait for summer for to lay right,not an issue where we wait for the rain for the blue paste color to disappear, nor was this an issue where we have to just wait until issues continue happening, and we keep calling,You sent same crew to patch up issues on top of sub par materials s already installed! We sought visual and professional inspections and advice.we ceased all work so no further damages would be incurred.We've made attempts for you to resolve the issues,but your resolvement does not sufficiently cover the damages incurred.The threats of non payment, defamation of character to our serviceman and sub contractors,alleging its our fault they are not being paid are untruths. You continue to demean and patronize us by seeking payment for a job you were paid upfront, its still incomplete,its raining inside our home and you have not fully paid for any of the damages you caused.Neither r u BBB as ur sign states. You owe us a full refund plus damages.
