My wife and I paid $1500.00 for tax preparation services for tax year 2021 for our individual and business taxes in the Spring of 2022. The company completed my taxes in Oct. of 2022, but not my wifes state nor federal (she never signed final transcripts). We received an IRS letter in the Spring of ************************************************* addition to interest AND a $3400.00 penalty. We have reached out via telephone/voice message/email to ******************* (CFO, Managing Partner) and his team over 25 times about my wifes taxes since December of 2022. We have only received 2 responses. ***** himself in May 2023 via zoom said he would fix the error immediately, and *************************** (Operations Manager) in August 2023 said she would look into it and get back to me within a week.To date (October 21, 2023), I have had no response or resolution to the non filing for my wifes taxes.

During March 2021, I hired Larry D.***** ***, CEO, Precision Business Strategies, to prepare my 2020 taxes. I paid Mr.***** $350 for this service, which was completed, but not fully to my satisfaction. As such, I decided to change tax preparation services for the filing of my 2021 taxes. During January 2022, I contacted Mr.***** and asked that he email me a copy of my 2020 Appreciation Schedule, which he should have prepared to support my 2020 tax return. I attempted to contact Mr.***** multiple times (in excess of 15 times) between January 2022 and April 2022. Each time, I left detailed telephone messages requesting that Mr.***** email me my Appreciation Schedule. Mr.***** only returned 2 of these telephone calls, the last of which was during February 2022. During that conversation, Mr.***** indicated that his company installed a new 'computer system', and they were working out some of the kinks with this new system. He assured me that he would email me the Appreciation Schedule within the week. I most recently began calling Mr.***** on 5/17/2022. During each call, I have left Mr.***** detailed messages requesting my Appreciation Schedule. To date, Mr.***** has NOT provided me with my 2020 Appreciation Schedule, and he has refused to call, text, or email me concerning this request.
