- Our customers may cancel within 3 business days of the purchase date. If cancelled, the customer must return to the seller in substantially as good condition as when received, any and all goods delivered to buyer under the signed contract or sale followed by the original bill of sale. If transaction of sale is cancelled and buyer fails to return all goods to the seller, then buyer remains liable for performance of all obligations under the contract of sale. The Notice of Cancellation on original bill of sale must be completely filled out with signature, date, and total cost to receive a full refund. Refunds will be returned within 10 business days of returned products.
