    I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner doesnt ship the items out. Will post an apology and make excuses and STILL wont ship your items out. Just a bunch of money hungry individuals. The owner will post about going to parties and etc and then lie and say they were ill.. yeah okay. Will never ever support this company ever again. I will make sure everyone will know not to support this business cause you WILL get scammed.

    When this customer initially reached out to me, I informed her that I was no longer operating my business. However, she expressed a strong desire for my work, stating that she couldn't find the design anywhere else, and requested that I fulfill her order. Wanting to accommodate her, I agreed and promptly completed her order, even creating a TikTok video of the process.Unfortunately, around the time I intended to ship her order, I fell severely ill and informed her of the situation. During the two weeks of my illness, the customer filed a dispute with PayPal and was issued a full refund. Despite this, I communicated to her that I was still willing to send the item as a gift.Following this, I experienced harassment from her friends on TikTok as I attempted to resolve the situation. Due to this harassment, I ceased all communications with the customer. Subsequently, she threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau and her local police department.I want to emphasize that I did my best to serve this customer and rectify any mistakes. However, the abuse I endured after providing a refund was overwhelming and unacceptable.
