I was attempting to get a job with this business, I was told that I have to pay 80 dollars to take an exam to get my security license, I paid the amount due, took the exam, submitted the application to the state and I thought the company would take the $37 state fee out of the $80 already paid, the company said that I had to pay the fee, and I had expressed to the company prior to that I was in despair and I really didn't have the $80, but was able to come up with it, but at no point did they tell me that I have to pay additional fees, also I was going to have to purchase my uniforms at $60 for a shirt and $100 for a pair of pants, any and every company I have ever worked for in any industry, this is a security company, but if a company requires me to wear a specific uniform other than my own clothes, they need to provide the uniforms.

As stated in emails, phone calls and ****** reviews. The statement will not or has not changed. When attempting to get into the industry of " Security," you will need to get training, take classes, and pass exams. This is what he paid for ($80.00) Our Level II class is $80.00 & Level III is $450.00. After the exam is passed you are given a certificate (he received). You may go to ANY security company of your choice at that point for employment. (He is aware of that). We will not hire him because of his abusive nature towards our staff during and after the class. His behavior warns for IMMEDIATE evaluation in the security industry. *** charges another fee to get the license in hand AND he must be working for a security company that will hold his license. The uniform is his to keep, but he has to purchase from us. He may get money returned once he returns the company patches, but we do not reimburse for uniforms he will use elsewhere. He is more than welcome to purchase his own, but it MUST meet our dress code policy for the post he will be assigned to. We do wish him luck in his search of employment.
