    STAY AWAY I placed a $71 order for 3 items from this seller, Magnesium, Creatine, and Probiotic Drops on 12/02/2024. The shipping information has been stuck on the same info for nearly a month:"Shipment received, package acceptance pending"I waited 7 days from getting the above shipping notice, as it was the holidays and I knew it would be crazy. Reached out to customer support letting them know the issues with it being stuck and was assured they were on it and would be getting it resolved with **** asap. That was not the case.I spent weeks going back and forth with their support team via email about just cancelling this order and getting a refund, to which they said they would need to get the claim with **** sorted and THEN they could issue me a refund. I now realize this was all a run around and nothing has actually even been shipped, as confirmed directly by ****. I have initiated a stop-payment/dispute with my credit card provider on this order, as this is my only route forward. I am really disappointed this worked out the way it did, this company and the owner really seemed to have some great knowledge and products, its too bad they are not mature enough to fulfill orders and support their customers.

    This company did not notify my that I was signed up for a subscription nor did they notify me a couple days before (like every other company) that they were about to charge me for a subscription. They then charged me and sent me an email saying they are mailing it to an out of service address. I have spoke to their customer service multiple times about me not living at that address so I was stumped when they sent it. I also asked them to delete the subscription and stop shipment for the above reasons. They told me it was too late even though I responded hours (not days) after they emailed me the order charge. A similar situation happened before when the wrong address was used and they happily stoped it b/c there is no comp at that sends out shipments same day. They have since stopped responding to my customer service emails and I can see the package cant be delivered so they are just being lazy, ignoring me and trying to keep my $30+
