    I was selling my house and hired them to do a move out clean. Needed them to do this 24 hours before closing. They said they needed the money up front ($ 650 ). They went to my house to clean and knew they had me between a rock and a hard place. They lied about what they found. They tried to tell me it was gonna cost twice as much ( $1300 )I said no we agreed on $975. I wasn't happy and I let him know but agreed to pay. Went to the house the day of closing ( The next day) and found they did not clean the house. I called them up let them know I wasn't happy and wanted my money back. He gave me half my money back and said he was keeping the other for a cancelation fee. I explained I didn't cancel you just didn't clean it. He refused to give me my money cussed at my wife and hung up. I had to move my closing to the next day and find someone else to do the work. I am not happy and I feel like they have stolen from me and disrespected my wife.

    I have provided a .pdf file of our response, which includes 8 photos taken by our cleaners after their arrival, of the ********* dwelling. I have to do it this way, because the BBB will only allow 4 files to be uploaded.
