    I am writing to file a complaint against Lazy G Kennels TX regarding the untimely death of my 11-month-old dog due to epilepsy, a genetic condition that was not disclosed by the kennel. The lack of transparency and accountability displayed by this business is deeply troubling.On [date of purchase], I purchased a dog from Lazy G Kennels TX. At no point did they inform me of any genetic health issues. Tragically, my dog passed away today, [date of death], from epilepsy. Upon contacting Lazy G Kennels TX, I requested either a replacement dog or a partial refund due to their failure to disclose this critical health information.However, my requests were denied solely because I am no longer residing in *****. This refusal to provide any form of resolution is both unacceptable and unprofessional. The kennel's lack of empathy and responsibility in addressing this matter has caused me significant emotional distress and financial loss.**Desired Resolution:**I am seeking a fair resolution to this situation. Specifically, I request that Lazy G Kennels TX either:1. Provide a replacement dog of similar breed and quality, or 2.
