    When I came to lease this apartment I was told all I needed for my service animals was my *** paperwork from *** The property manager is now saying I have to have some paperwork from her filled out by my ** when I asked other residents with animals if they had to fill out the same paperwork I was told they were never asked for anything **** their animal is a service animal why Im I being treated any different? The property manager herself has a pet they need to treat everyone the same. I want to be contacted by the actual property owners for resolve I should not have to jump through hoops to have my service animals this is causing a great deal of stress on me and affecting my health.

    This tenant is not being discriminated against.  Please see copy of qualifying guidelines given to all prospective residents.  This tenant was reported by another tenant to animal control do to having an aggressive animal.  A report was made by the Georgetown animal control and a warning issued to this resident.  Regardless of whether or not an animal is a service animal, we do not allow aggressive animals on the property.

    I am rejecting this response because: the apartment complex knows that I have 4 other residents willing to write statements to the fact that this woman who made the complaint was lying and that she was feeling other neighbors that she would keep making up stories for animal control even hi as far as to lie and say her young children were bit by my dogs! But the point of discrimination is that they have asked me to do paperwork no other residents with animals has been asked to do nor does any of the other properties under the same management no one has been made do what I have I feel like they are wanting way to much information on my disability and that is discrimination when I have to do things other residents do not!

    As was included in the last response, a copy of our Resident selection criteria.  It states plainly the process for requesting an emotions support animal/ or service animal.  It is the same process for all.  As far as the complaint given to the Georgetown Animal Control.  We suggest the resident get with the city to address any false complaint allegations.  The manager on the property asked both this resident and the other resident involved to provide witness statements regarding the incident that led to the aggressive dog complaint with the City of **************************  The property still has not received these statements.

    I have a neighbor that makes hand gestures toward me and my daughter and makes me feel unsafe living here. He beats on my walls and again have reported and nothing is being done. I have filed a complaint and filed a police report and over a week ago and the office manager is never in the office and I was told two different occasions that he would have an answer for me and each time I followed up he still does not have an answer. Now for the past three days no one is in the office to further assist me. I have called both supervisor and office manager and still get no response. How can you run a business when no one answers or a live person is not in the office when the website clearly says that they are open each day and this is a lie. I spoken to a police officer and he said he had multiple issues with this complex and each time he has come no one is in the office to assist him either. The fact that they do not take my safety serious is a big issue for me and this is not acceptable.
