Dear Consumer Anakyst, The issues I have are the following below. 1. I believe I have been overcharged from ********* for Buzz hair cuts by $4.00 to $5.00 per haircut, I will be getting a copy from my credit union statement to see the history of how much I have paid. I would like a representative from the corporate office to get with me so I can reslove this issue, 2. The second issue is that I have been going back and forth with the corporate office customer service about not being sent the birthday offer for ****. 3. I need to get in contact with a corporate officer to reslove these issues. In the meantime I will visit my local credit union to get a history of the transactions of haircuts since 2019. Close a month ago, I reached out to your staff, asking that my preferred location be modified, as coupons are location-specific. A reply was sent advising that they were working on this. Today, I received another promotion which you can see in the email. Please change it to the ***** (*****) location and amend a new coupon.Initial Complaint

Just a very terrible experience. I was lied to; the website was not working. I called, and they said I had to come there personally to set up an appointment to cut my hair and my 3-year-old son's hair. I did what they said because they would not take my appointment over the phone. I looked at the board: 1 hour and 13 minutes until my haircut. I said to them, "Im going to go next door at the plaza. Ill be back. Let me know if its going to be sooner." I came back about one hour later, thinking I only had 14 minutes left. I looked at the board, and they added 50 more minutes to my wait time. I walked in and asked why, but they could not answer. They said, "Thats how it works." So I kept investigating, and finally said, "This does not make sense!" Out of nowhere, the short-haired girl named ******* or ****** told the other girl, "My friend showed up, so I put him in front of me," which is really messed up. She didnt even apologize; actually, she was disrespectful and showed no ownership that it was wrong of them to do. Im very upset. I have a 3-year-old with me. I received a bad haircut and had to return to get a new haircut. I had to get charged for the second haircut, but I was told the manager would provide a credit for the first haircut charge. I tried contacting Sports Clips support multiple times, but did not receive a response. As such Im requesting a credit that I was promised.Initial Complaint

Attention *********************** President * *** and ************************** Founder and Chairman of the Board Sport Clips **********, **. On Friday 9/1/2023 at 9AM MST I went in your Sport Clips location at ******************************************************. ********, ** ***** to get my haircut. I do not recall the guys name who cut my hair but I left after he was done not really knowing how bad of a job he did until later after I took a shower and dried my hair....it was a VERY bad haircut. I called the next day and spoke to a manager by the name of *********. She told me to come back and they will be happy to "make things right". She said see ****** at 5PM Tuesday 9/5 and she will take care of me. I arrive at 5PM sharp, I wait about 10 minutes before somebody helps me.....then I wait another 10 minutes for ****** to show up....who then says please wait another 10 minutes so that ******** can help me. ******** says "I see MANY problems" (with my haircut) and works to fix the many problems for about an hour. At the end of all this time....******** fixes my haircut but then ****** just waves goodbye! The thing is.....if it was Friday 9/1 .....I would have been just fine with a wave goodbye, but today is Tuesday 9/5 and I had to spend an hour PLUS of my very valuable time coming back to have them fix a problem that was caused on 9/1....so a simple "wave goodbye" is a slap in the face if you ask me. Where is the **************** that ****************** is supposed to be known for ? I have been coming here for YEARS.....and ****** does not even offer me a FREE VIP cut for my next visit ? Or a refund ? NOTHING ? Really ? Nothing ??? Do you honestly think this is the best you all can do after I had to take time and spend gas money to get the problem fixed ? Please tell me you can do better. I request at the very LEAST a reasonable solution of a refund for $32.00 ($22 for the cut and a $10 tip) or a VIP cut for next visit.....or both. On December 30, 2022 at the sports clips on ******************************************** location I received a hair cut that was very different from what I asked and was a bad hair cut. Normally I would just make do and let it grow out for a few days but it just looked bad days later. Normally they do a good job but this was a new person who just did a bad job. My second issue is that I made 3 points of complaints via website, review, and email. I then followed up by making a phone call voicemail and it's been nearly a week with zero attempts to contact me. I simply want another stylist to cut my hair when it grows out for free to make up for this along with another punch card to make me feel like my previous loyalty meant something and an apology for ignoring me. On July 10, 2022 I visited the sports clips in *******, ** and have this bit to offer you all: Maybe have your employees focus only on cutting hair while they have someone sitting on their chair so they actually listen to how the person wants their hair cut. I was sat down by someone I cant remember- closest person/seat to the register I remember that. In the beginning I told her that I wanted my sides faded in. For some odd reason, she responded if I wanted it square, round or tapered. I guess she understood the whole thing as being tapered??? Anywho, aside from that she left me sitting there, to go help other workers and other customers (there were like 4 workers) while I was in a time crunch. I agreed to everything she was asking *because I wanted it to be over with already*. When I get home and get out of the shower though, I notice quite a puff of hair that she totally didnt cut correctly that sticks out near the back. The sides werent correctly faded in, and she left multiple strands of hair over my ears. I had to go to a different ****** to get my fade and clip the long hairs over my ears costing me an extra $16. While I got a generic response from sports clips via email, I did not get my refund which is what I desire.Initial Complaint

On the 29th of June I left my home at 12:00 pm from ****** ** to go get my haircut at sport clips in **** ** on ************** in **** **. During my trip. I was paying attention to the amount of time until the stylist I had planned to see would be available, once I was far enough along the trip, I checked into my phone which had an arrival time of 13:31 (1:31 pm) at 1:20 pm I was notified my stylist was ready (11 minutes early) and it canceled my appointment as I was not there. Upon checking in again, my new wait time was 60 minutes, after a 90 minute drive. This is absolutely absurd. I wasnt even late to the time the app told me and I had my child with me, which further complicated the issue. So now I have to wait another hour, even though my arrival time was originally 1:31 and cancelled at 1:25zCustomer Answer

The app is a faulty system that wasted my time. Because of the app stating I should arrive at 1:33 pm and telling me to enter at 1:20 and cancelling my appointment because I was not in store, I had to spend an hour waiting with my grand baby to get cut.
