    Very poor experience with Miller. We hired ***** and he agreed to install a four and three ton hvac and *** in our new home. ***** never completed the *** pre-commissioning. Owner had to complete even though owner indicated he would study the owner manual and support. HVAC issues: Miller forgot to plug in the heat strips on the 4-T unit. Didnt properly charge the system to account for the extra line lengths. Did not properly program the Lennox controller to know when to switch to heat strips. Unit was immediately switching to heat stops when unnecessary. The proportional and integral setting were not tuned correctly. Miller failed to install freeze and pressure sensors. Glue joints on condensation drains were missed causing leaks in attic. Both condensation traps were built and sloped incorrectly. One trap was built with 90 degree pvc fitting which created a drain issue. The air handler coils were not flipped per the Lennox manual for horizontal installations. This caused additional water to soak the insulation between the blower and coils. It was an expensive endeavor and hope no one else has to deal with this company. I have photos and details to back all of the issues we experienced.
