Just had a semi-annual tuneup and encountered no real issues. However, it was raining during the work, and that covered up a couple of issues. Tech (******) came back out quickly and addressed our concerns, no problem, no cost. Couple of the issues were user error, but he didnt complain about our ineptitude, he just educated us. The third issue was an actual problem and he quickly resolved it. Seems genuinely interested in making certain user knows whats honing on, whats necessary to solve the issue.Review from James C

The annual service agreement is a great value. The technician almost always finds things that need to be fixed. This keeps our system running well all year.
