I have a case with this office in Federal court, and they have been sending multiple emails reminding me to sign a document that I signed over a month ago. I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me the reminder emails. I have asked them to stop sending these emails several times, as they clutter my inbox, and require time to deal with. Recently, after I asked them to stop, I got long ranting email from Kelley where he promised to stop the emails. Well, that wasn't effective, so when I got the next one, I sent a request to stop again. I got a response. Here is a quote from that email. "Thank you for bringing this to our attention Mr. [my name] ***** Mr [my name] probably thinks that the Adobe system is the reincarnation of *** ******** anyone who has submitted signed contracts please be sure that Adobe is not sending them "auto" reminders . In the event you cannot stop Adobe from sending auto-reminders unless you stop all of the auto-reminders since all the involved individuals were signing on the same contract , then just stop ALL of the auto -reminders so you can avoid *** 9000 inflicting any more discomfort on Mr. [my name]"Spacing, punctuation, and grammatical errors have been retained in the quote. In addition to this, for the original document they sent, I was not able to sign properly as it had errors, including expecting me to sign in a box reserved for another person, which a quick web search indicates is not legal. This law office asked me to break the law, then got hissy at me when I asked them to stop. By the way, I was able to get them to send a document that I was able to legally sign, that part is taken care of, after several requests, including one where they suggested that I go to a library and print the document.This office has also threatened to withdraw from the case unilaterally. I have checked Texas law, and it is not legal for council to withdraw for reasons other than non-payment, but a check was mailed last week.
