    I recently worked and still working with Keller Williams for a condo purchase in ****** and had a disappointing experience. Initially, I was assured by the agent, *********************, that he would assist in finding a tenant for my rental property. However, after the ******* money was deposited into the title company, I was informed that he no longer handles rentals, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.During the process, we wasted two days viewing condos because ***** was unaware of the rental cap. Additionally, I had to independently find out the rental value for a storage unit I purchased based on his recommendation, as he couldn't provide this information. I ended up doing all the groundwork myself, which was frustrating and time-consuming.Despite these issues, ***** promised to help find a tenant, but later stated, "I don't do rentals anymore." This lack of follow-through has left me questioning the value of the service provided, especially considering the substantial commission involved. We are closing this fall/winter, so the deal hasn't been finalized yet, but this experience has been far from satisfactory.If ***** had informed me beforehand that he wouldn't assist in finding a tenant, I wouldn't have signed the deal with him. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel the service provided does not justify the commission awarded to Keller Williams and *****.I hope this feedback helps others in making informed decisions.
