              Dirty, Roaches, Chicken blood, Unsanitary. This is just 4 words I could use to describe this place; I don't see anyone washing hands, Uncovered food next to hot rotisserie heat source. Uncovered food in serving lines, touching of one's face, hair, ears, buttocks, not washing hands. Not washing hands after restroom breaks. Picking up food off floor and "selling" it. no wash to reheat....no 5 second rules. Missing stuff with Dates, Expired food kept, not discarded. I can keep going but I hope you get the point. I don't know how no one has died. I don't know how this is allowed to happen. This is really bad, i can't sit by while this place / chain. Poisons everyone. I have to say something. I'm a ****** guide too. Im a chef of 17 years also, every 2 years you have to retake tests. All the ***** First in First out rules, rotate food everywhere, and the 2-6 hr lecture on every rule in-between. to get your food handler's card .....I don't know what else to say, this place needs help to see the light or get SHUTDOWN . PLEASE HELP ME. send someone to have a look at any random time , its so gross inside .....
