***** from A & W Roofing was recommended to me because I have solar panels. ***** came out to inspect my roof because it was leaking. He went into my attic and saw no water lines to indicate a leak. He told me that his guys would be out the next day to reseal and told me that I needed to reseal every 5 years. ***** told me it would be $450. His guys showed up the next day to do the work and told him that it was hail damage and I would have to have my house reroofed But they still sealed the roof and ***** called me to tell me he would not charge for the repair because he should have gone on the roof to see that there was hail damage. His secretary sent me a bill so I reached out to him and asked him about him saying he would erase the charge, I wanted it in writing this time. He said that he would erase the charge only if I went with him for the repair. So I was charged $450 for a repair that was going to be taken off anyways when they reroofed my house. Better business practice would have been to stop sealing the roof once they noticed the damage.
