    On 11/21/22 I ordered a transmission from this company. I was told, that due to the upcoming holiday, they couldn't give me an exact date of delivery but that it should not be more than two weeks. Around 12/7 I called and asked for the status on my transmission. I was told that they were just waiting for a tracking number and they would call me with it by 12/12. On 12/14 I again contacted the company and was told they guaranteed that it would be delivered by 12/21. On 12/28 I contacted them again and was told that they were just waiting for a tracking number and that it would be delivered in two weeks. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund and they refused because they said it was already in transit. We were then disconnected.

    Because of their delay, of over two months, in sending the transmission I requested that they cancel my order and return the money.  I needed my truck back in service so I had to purchase a transmission from another source, so I no longer need the part.

    On 18 Nov. 2022 I paid $1100 for a transmission and shipping, to my knowledge it hasn't yet been shipped. It has been VERY inconvenient not having my car over the holidays. On 12 Dec I was told they would ************** within 48hrs and that they would refund $100.00 to my credit card for the inconvenience, this was not done and the inconvenience continues.

    I ordered a transmission from A1 Auto Wrecking approximately two months ago and was given the run around on getting a tracking number and more details about when it will arrive. Eventually the transmission was delivered and is completely faulty. The warranty I got with it would provide a full refund if it didn't end up working after I received it. I contacted A1 auto wrecking multiple times to get a refund and for them to pick up the non working transmission and I got the run around once again calling for delay after delay. They now no longer take my phone calls and are refusing to offer me a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: the part was already delivered and is not functioning in anyway. It was diagnosed by the dealership to be faulty. The only acceptable resolution is a full refund for $1200

    Ordered a transmission for our car. After many calls we finally got part after promised delivery date. Part was bad. A 1 wanted a video and letter from our certified mechanic,my husband did this as asked. Many calls and messages later they admitted they did not have a replacement so would do a refund. We waited no money. Called again we got an email confirmation receipt stating money would be on our card 7 to 10 days nothing. We called again they said next day again no money. Now they blocked all calls and messages from my husband. We tried from another phone and their was no issues calling. We now have a car that is useless because we paid **** for a transmission we were never reimbursed for due to it being damaged and we cannot afford another transmission at this time. They refuse to have any contact with us and before they blocked my husband they stated we would get money back only if we removed our bad review of them online we stated we would remove it after money was refunded but there was never a refund.

    On November 16, 2022 I contacted A1 Auto Wrecking. I needed a Replacement Engine for a 2006 ******* Elantra. I spoke with A customer service associate who identified himself as ****. **** got the information from me he needed to determine if the had the engine. Within less than a minute he said we have several. He gave me mileage and I settled on one with over 100K miles for $650. **** said the engine would ship in 7 to 10 days. He said it may be longer with the Holidays coming up. I said I would be happy with 21 days. My next contact with A1 Auto Wrecking would be with the Gentleman doing the invoice. **** said it would be a day. The invoice arrived via Email. It did not have a breakdown of the payment. I sent it back asking the sender to break out the cost. I got a breakdown that was not accurate. The next on was for a different part and vehicle. The last one was correct. About a week later I got a call from a Gentleman whos voice sounded the same but never Identified himself. He said he the engine passed inspection and would be shipped in a few days. I Thanked him and he said you will get the shipping information via email later. I never did. Monday December 12, 2022 he called and said its going to be shipped by December 16,2022. As of today. I have nothing for the $751 I paid on November 16, 2022. Any assistance you can give me will be Greatly appreciated. *************************

    I am rejecting this response because:The engine I received appears to have sat outside side for a long period of time.  I am not paying my Mechanic $600 to install this engine. Its not spinning Over smoothly and one of the cylinders does not have compression. On the December 16, 2023 I will have gone 2 months without the use of my car.

    On November 3rd my repair shop, *********************** in ***********, ** placed the order and paid for the transmission.I got involved because it was hard for the repair shop to call and follow up as much as was needed. I have detailed times and notes of who and when I spoke to people from the company if needed. So when I say we that is the repair shop representative, Mrs. ****** and myself.We were told it was shipped on the 7th then the 14th then the 16th then the 21st then the 28th all of November. Each time we got a different story and a different person and basically were lied to and given the run around. We were told they had to test it, they had shipping delays, it was packaged wrong and denied pickup, it got held up because of the Holiday, everything they could think of as an excuse.On December 1st I had called enough times that they escalated it to the part owner, ********************He assured me he was taking care of it and it had been shipped out. I believe this is when they actually got started on shipping it or even later because it didnt come for over a week later.I was told it would be delivered that Monday, December 6th. **** said he paid for guaranteed shipping for the 6th, it did not come in the 6th. Then it was supposed to come December 8th. The part finally arrived December 9th after several more lies and delays.The shop put me as priority to get it in and on Monday the 12th they discovered the part did not function properly. So now we are waiting for the part for the shop to fix it so Im still without a car and paying for a rental (I had to extend it once again) and waiting for my compensation.**** offered and told me he would compensate me for some of the rental car that Ive had since the delays were their fault. Originally I was told $150 then $200 by another employee then $450 by **** and finally $600 by **** and **** the Accounting Manager because of their incompetency and delays and me extending the rental car so many times. I was told I would receive this money several different dates and still have not received it. They keep giving me the run around on this now. I was told they have to speak to Accounting, then Accounting said they have to speak to ****. I spoke to the Accounting manager, **** who also assured me that I would receive money several times but continues the nonstop run around.**** and ****, part owner and Accounting manager, ended up blocking me and when I call the main line Im put on hold, sent to voicemail or told someone will call me back which of course does not happen.I would like assistance in getting the compensation to me as promised for the rental extensions. I do have this stated in writing that they would pay me so if emails are needed I can forward those. Im just trying to get compensated as promised for their inability to get the part here in a timely manner. Im also hoping that the repair shop can get the transmission working with the new part they need otherwise we have a bigger issue and I will ask for a full refund so that I can get a reliable part from a reliable source in a timely manner.

    In month of September i purchase a transmission for $945,00 they promise to send it in 5 days.. when my 5 days was up I call the place back they said get them two more weeks it have been 3 months I still have not received the transmission so they promised to send my money back it have been a month and a half and I still have not got my refund

    I purchased a transmission on Mon 11/21/22. They quoted one price, so I authorized one card to be used, but when they came back with a higher price I asked them to not charge that card and provided an alternate card to use. They instead split the payment and charged both my cards, and processed the transactions without ever receiving a signed authorization from me. I didn't notice the charges until after close of business Wed 11/23/22. I canceled the order Mon 11/28/22. I was promised a receipt of refund by close of business. I had to call back tuesday and wednesday and after being called and harassed by ***** I finally got someone to send me the receipt. They only provided one, two days later after calling and emailing they provided the other. The second receipt was for an incorrect amount, and when questioned they promised to correct the amount. I've tried to speak with someone since and all they say is I should have received my refund, yet when I contact the credit cards they don't see any refunds initiated to my accounts. At this point they basically stole **** dollars from me and I have the receipts to prove it

    I ordered an engine for a2001 lexus ES300 in November 16th 2022, and was given all kinds of excuses as to why I didn't receive the engine in 11 days as promised. I'd subsequently called back and was told they were short staffed, didn't have enough mechanics, and to be patient they'll send the engine. After a month and no engine, I called and requested a complete refund, and was told they would provide the tracking #, and information which they did. I waited another three weeks, and an engine finally came, but the engine isn't the correct engine and a part on the engine is broken. I've since been calling, and being put on hold, or send to voice mail without return calls. I've sent emails requesting a complete refund, and I'm calling without any response. How is a business like that continuing to operate in your state without being fined, or shut down? I'm seeing so many reviews on line now about this company, and apparently this ***** location isn't the only one, they have a history of taking consumers money and not fulfilling their end of the bargain, or not giving the correct part. Why have they continued to remain in business? I'm filing a major lawsuit against this business if I don't get a complete refund. They can pick up the engine that doesn't fit the car, the engine even have someone else's name on it. Your business is the regulatory body over businesses in your state, aren't you? So why haven't they been throughly investigated and put out of business? I'd like to get in touch with othe people that have filled a complaint and file a class action lawsuit against them. Please have those people contact me and I'll take it from there. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response about this serious matter.

    I ordered a transmission for this company. Upon receiving the part a month after placing the order it was faulty I purchased a extended warranty for the product. Needless to say they have gave me the run around fake shipping numbers and all to keep from sending a replacement transmission. I have tried talking to them I sent the information they required to do the replacement. I've been without a transmission and my money since September only to be run around and still no part I asked for my money back if they couldn't find transmission. Even offered to let them keep the extra I paid on warranty. Still to no avail. Please help me with this matter. As I am in need or the parts . I have already paid 700 for a mechanic to put the new one in now I have to pay another 700 for it be done again when they guarantee it to work. They have been given plenty of time to locate another transmission. Please help me resolve this matter. I can forward you the emails between me and the company also screenshot of where I checked the number they gave me to track the transmission
