- We offer a full refund up to 48 hours before a class starts. Less than 48 hours before a class is scheduled to begin, no refunds will be offered, but you may re-schedule to another date. After class begins, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. All services are final and no refunds are given once a service has been rendered or completed. All tangible items sold may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
