I had Pollock inspect the well at my rural home when I bought it 4 years ago. No problem. THEN, a leak developed in the plumbing / pressure pump so I called them. They sent 2 men to do the repair. One man worked on the leak while the other watched for a few minutes before walking out into the drive and talking on his cell phone for an extended period of time. I discovered that the guy who did no work was named ****** Pollock (son, nephew, ?) who informed me that he had just recently returned to the "family business". He did no work at all. Then they sent a bill for $310 labor plus parts. When I inquired about the details for the labor, I was told that it was for 2 hours for 2 men. I stated that only one did the work while the other chatted on his phone and asked them to reduce the labor. In all fairness the labor should have been $155 (half the 310). But they only reduced it by $45 on the second *********** learned - I will not use them again nor do I recommend them due to their unethical approach.

Update: ********************** Well Service returned my check after Nick ********************** called me and gave me a good tongue lashing. I guess that is his definition of resolved. However, I am glad to get the check back since their work has already started to leak. I must now find a different well service company to fix their substandard work. His verbal abuse and the substandard work do not resolve the issue in my view.
