On 05/21/2024 I signed a contract with KNB Trucking LLC to hire a delivery driver to pickup my car Peoria, ** & drop it off to *******, **. I sent $300 booking fee which came out of the $650 total payment required for the transaction. The driver was supposed to be on the way to grab the vehicle then suddenly has truck issues that last for a week. The next proposed pickup date is coming up and then All of sudden all contact options are unavailable. I start to thinking Im totally out of luck, then I get a call from a totally different number. They claim I will have it picked up Monday, June 3rd. I call the random number that called me today on Tuesday, June 4th & the person just totally clueless all of a sudden. KNB Trucking LLC was suppose to transport my vehicle from **** ******** to ******* Texas and did not got my service, they charge me and than they call another carrier to do the transportation, they say that they will pay the driver that was going to do the transportation but when I had my vehicle delivered I had to pay the driver COD of $2600.00 so he can release the vehicle, KNB Trucking has not responded to my text nor emails, I am asking them to refund my money of $750.00 because they did not do the servicesInitial Complaint

I am in the process of shipping my vehicle to ******* from ********. I scheduled pickup with KNB Trucking for the date of 3/29/2024 where **** had reached out to me the day of pick up, and **** had informed me that the transport vehicle was inoperable and would not be able to meet me that day and would be rescheduled for the following Monday whereas no truck had arrived to my residence. I had followed up with **** that day and he informed me that it would be there the following day that Tuesday. I informed **** that if the truck was not going to be there Tuesday that I would need to refund my order and I needed to pick another company. Following this **** had informed me that my $200 that I had paid for the pickup would be refunded to my account on Monday 4/8/2024. At this point in time I have tried to reach out to the company regarding my refund where all my calls and messages have been unanswered as of 4/11/2024
