Heavily debated writing review as I am grateful for God blessing me with container as it is for shelter. I decided to write it because I myself had to take out loan to even get and wanted to warn anyone who is spending hard earned money. I highly recommend you DO NOT use Xcaliber. We paid an extra $550 for a premium container to have minimal denting. We paid a total of $8,770 for premium container and modifications. As I stated it is a shelter, I have PTSD and severe anxiety and live in an RV so plan was to get container as quick as possible for ***** spring weather. After ordering and waiting a month I received photos and was shocked and highly disappointed by the extreme denting as I specifically spoke to ************************* about what I did not want and was told " that would be a premium". I called to discuss our disappointment and that it was definitely not a premium, was not even a good basic and after 3 phone calls to "customer care" was forwarded to ******** in sales, was told customer care did not have time to talk to me. She kept stating how " limited" she was in being able to help me so I asked to speak to someone. A man called me back stating he and his supervisor looked at container and they deemed it to premium quality. Explained again I am paying customer and I know it isn't and again as paying customer not happy. Had to flat out ask him " so you are not the going to assist" me and finally after 5 phone calls and undo hassle he offered me a mere $250 refund. Again don't be fooled by website and niceness of sales person when ordering, there is no concern for quality of product or customer satisfaction.
