    I employed ** fabrications to build me 2 gates and install gates and automatic gate openers, this was the on the 17th of December 2021, ***** the owner called me and gave me a price for building the 2 gates and on the openers he gave me two price options on the openers, one was $1400. The other was $2300. I chose the $2300. Openers because of less problems, the total price was $3800. And we both agreed. The first problem was he text me and said he would be installing the gates on January the 3rd, never heard from him, I text on January the 23rd he said he would be installing them on February the 4th, then he wasnt building the gates as we agreed on so he had to start over, so then he was going to install them on February 16th and he did they looked great but the openers didnt work after he left, text him and he said he would be bye the afternoon of the 18th, no one showed up, he showed up on the 20th and fix them on the 26th they quit working again he couldnt come out so he said he was sending someone by, march 1st still not working, March 3rd he removed batteries, march 14th quit working, march 17th working, march 31st not working, fixed on April 9th stopped working on April 30th, from this point on he would not fix the openers, said he was on a waiting list with some other company but had no idea when they would be out to look at them, they Have never worked properly and dont work today as i type this complaint. He admitted he was sure on how they hooked up but would get someone that did, I just got tired of waiting and said forget it and he did. Would like to have another company that knows what theyre doing to fix the openers, not him.

    Our contracted work was completed. What is being complained about is not work our business preformed or is responsible for. Has ** confused with another contractor working on his proptery as well.
