    Issue Description: I am seeking clarification regarding Penny Paws Animal Clinics policy on providing copies of valid prescriptions when the original doctor who wrote the prescription is no longer with the company. My Experience: On March 12, 2024, I contacted the Warrior Trail location to inquire about obtaining Bravecto Orange Flea control for my dog. The representative promptly accessed my account and provided the price, assuring me that I could pick up the product and receive a written prescription. Based on this information, I sent my daughter to the location to purchase Bravecto Orange and collect the prescription.However, upon her return, my daughter informed me that she was able to purchase the Bravecto Orange but was denied the written prescription without any explanation. Perplexed, I called the Warrior Trail location again, explaining that I had been assured of both the product pickup and the prescription issuance. The representative then informed me that, due to my dog having been seen by a doctor who is no longer with the company, I cannot obtain a copy of the prescription. This decision was made despite the fact that my dogs visit occurred less than 12 months ago.Desired Resolution: I respectfully request that Penny Paws Animal Clinic clarify their policy regarding prescription access and provide me with a valid prescription for Bravecto Orange for my dog.

    On 8/29/22, I took my pet in for an annual exam and her shots. I was given an estimate for her dental recommendations and I questioned the amount compared to the same service performed 2 years ago. I agreed to get her bloodwork done only because I did not feel that the price was fair and accurate. As I result, I was charged an additional ***** because I opted out of the dental (assuming it was a discount to move forward). After the blood work was complete as I was walking out, I noticed a large bump on my pet's neck and severe bruising. Dr. ****** looked her over and assured me that nothing happened and this happens at times but it will go away. Well I explained that this has never happened in over 11 years. On 9/20/22, I took my pet back in for dental work (decided to use them after all), Dr. ****** called me 6 hours later saying that the anesthesia did not work and she is unable to perform a dental cleaning or surgery on my pet. I immediately called back and spoke with Dr. ****** and began asking questions as to why this happen and did something go wrong because we've never had an issue with anesthesia in the past. She went on to say that my pet is too small and has no fat to store the medicine so it isn't working. I told her that I disagree because she's always been small. She began to yell, be very rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone in my face and told me to pick up my pet immediately when moments later she told me that I had to wait a few hours so that they can monitor her while the medicine wears off. I will no longer be taking my pets there as long as Dr. ****** is on staff. I have been a customer for 6 years!!
