We initially worked with these guys to install our LED many years ago and were very happy with the whole delivery and install. They were great guys to work with. After a long period of time the LED quit working (as can be expected). The company that sold us the LED had sold themsleves and they no longer worked with this type of ******* was able to find the old contact information for ***** and *******. The new contact initially started with COVID and one, if not both of them, had gotten COVID so everything was delayed but understandable. After a period of time I resumed calling to try to get our ** and LED fixed. I did get in touch with them and personally delivered the ** to them in ************* myself just to get the ball rolling since that was identified as "Step 1". Since delivery of the **, I have been unable to get anyone to return calls or emails. It appears as if they are still in business and I have no idea why they would not want business, especially since it was such a big job initially and a good business relationship. I have now called and left messages hundreds of times (not kidding) without a single return call or text. The last time I even said that I would have to file with the BBB if he did not return the call. Our LED remains non-functional since 2021 and we cannot run it without the software on the **. I need these guys to get back in touch with us, repair the relationship, the ** and the LED or at minimum, return the ** so we can search for another company that can repair it.
