The worst place I have ever lived in my life. They do not care about anyone all they care about is money if you call the main office because the landlord does nothing you get a smart remark they do not fix their buildings, but yet theyll take your rent. Guess I should of read the reviews before applying. I applied a week or so ago. The first thing I did was sent all the documents asked for. Now remind you Im aggressively searching for a home. Im submitting applications to other companies also. Meaning I have 4 months bank statements, last four check stubs, proof of other income, current light bill and all are sent at the same time. I call to verify that all the documents were received yet I didnt get a answer nor a call back. After waiting 24 hr i call again no answer I leave another message. Moments later I received a text asking what I was needing. I reply back Im looking for an update on my application. Ive submitted all the documents just making sure you dont need anything else to process my application. The response was it takes at least 3 business days to process an application. I reply ok. 3days later I received a text asking for my bank statements. I reply I sent four months statements. The response was I only have March. I reply its four months in that file. Please open attachment. The response was I got it. Now here it is a week later nothing. Ive literally applied at two other companies and have been approved and Ive applied at another last week and I was approved yesterday. Not to mention the issue with my additional income documents. Im a just say it appears to me they are not detailed orientated and cant be reading everything properly. They just have some houses Im interested in because the area they are located. Nice houses I might add. Im really disappointed I have to accept another offer but who has a month to get approved? Maybe it wasnt for me is how Im a process it. Especially after reading those reviews. I could Never live like that. I know what I know and God knows best..Premier Property Management Group, LLC

Premier properties *********** solicits crime at any one else's investments. The only excuse is they could never agree to whose city their Spectrum cable television sold retail. Most of their realtors **** at any airline traffick that broadcasts criminal offenders of "Friday Night Series." Most of what they hope is group funding out of accomplice securities exchanges for embezzeling and laundering.Premier Property Management Group, LLC

1 starWe moved into this home April of last year and immediately had issues. We submitted work order after work order and problems were still arising. First it was the air conditioning that went out and I had to pay ****** for a part that they neglected to change. I had to beg and plea with the management after spending 24 hours without a/c with an infant child for them to finally have some empathy to refund me. Fast forward last week we started noticing mice running through the home. We contacted ***** they came out and discovered that the whole entire attics installation was infested with mice. We contacted the company, sent emails with detailed pictures and the reports from ***** detailing that it was indeed an installation infestation. The head guy who works for the maintenance department **** *** admitted they didnt do a full property inspection on the home which would include the attic. So he sent someone out to patch up a hole they left open when our pipes burst. This past weekend we killed 9 more mice and as we were searching discovered another hole behind our stove around the gas line that was only filled with foam material that the mice were eating through. I called Mr. **** *** again to express that no one called me from pest control and I had to contact ***** yet again for the same issues and he immediately stated well in your lease after 30 days its nothing we can do. As I made clear to him a mice infestation falls under a rodent issue that wasnt caused by the tenants so this is a landlord issue. I told him we needed someone to immediately contact us and make this a priority as the mice are coming into our kids rooms. He was very aggressive and stated well if you withhold rent we will start the eviction process. According to the ******** Landlord Law when it comes to mice infestation we have the right to withhold rent until the issues are fixed. As a veteran I am truly disgusted with the lack or moral and ethics from this company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!Review fromDonnita C

1 starWe have had NUMEROUS issues with a home that PPMG manages. If I told you how many service requests were submitted you would think I was lying. Issue after issue with this home. I now see why they do 2 year contracts. They wont let ** out of our current lease, so we have to wait 1 more year! We CANT wait to be out of that lease!! Several plumbing issues this past one was put on ** we used draino and it didnt work since there were issues in the past we submitted a request. The plumber removed hair from the drain and PPMG charged ** $180 had we known it would cost that they should had given ** the opportunity to call our own plumber. Same exact drain had issues not long ago and construction debris was removed so, since the draino didnt work we assumed it wasnt hair!! Tried to dispute it with manager and he gave zero cares! We currently have a sewer smell from our sink and he cared less about that as well. What a joke of a company. DO NOT rent from this company!!!! ******************Review fromCaceia C.

I AM GOING TO WORK HARD TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO PAY ME FOR EVERYTHING I LOST! IN THE NAME OF GOD ......DO NOT RENT TO THESE GLUTONY MONEY POOR EXCUSE FOR A LANDLORD.....JUST GO THROUGH PEOPLE AND HURT THEM LIKE A DISASTER! This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. I applied for a property that was listed as available on their website. I provided all the documents listed in their checklist. 3 days later I received a call from a guy named *****. He continually asks for more and more documentation that wasn't listed. I provided my mom's paystubs which they stated was not accepted as proof of income & required that she provide receipts that show she actually cashed her checks. (STUPID). I never received communication from this ******************* would have to reach out to him. He would then ask for the same documents or more documents every 2-3 days. Finally, after 2 and 1/2 weeks he stated that my documents were acceptable. (which I had already sent multiple times). Another 2-3 days go by & I reached out for an update. The original home I applied to he said was no longer available, I ask what was available & said fine. 2-3 days go by & i have to reach out to him he says that's no longer available. I sent the so called receipts for my mom's cashed checks & he never added it to her income which could qualify us for a different home. He stated he has to "ask" if he could. Never heard anything back from him. These people are ************ am assuming they have their picks on who they rent to. Unfortunately, this applicant missed out on the the first property she wanted due to poor communication with an agent but we were able to process her application for a different home which was approved for.
