**** in Service screwed us too. Had my daughter's Jeep for 10 to replace a battery. He said it would cost her $600 plus for the trouble shooting and 1 year old battery replacement. She has bumper to bumper $100k miles but he couldn't find it. The actual real service manager got involved on the tenth day and had it replaced the same day. **** in Service needs to be fired. I sent a detailed list of events and complaints to the General Manager and I assume the marketing person but just like ****, no response.

Wow... I can't believe we didn't research and read this before bringing our Jeep here!On December 14, 2024, we received our 2021 Jeep Gladiator back from Grapevine Dodge ******* Jeep for a repair covered under warranty (Note: theyd had it over a month, while waiting on parts i.e. they took our vehicle in but had no intention of working on it right then). We had not driven on the highways due to the holidays and an illness until January 1, 2025, when we noticed that the vehicle shook violently when it hit any bump at higher speeds. This had NEVER previously occurred. We took video of the issue and reported it to Grapevine the next day. We brought it in for service again only to be handed a bill for $2,408 (plus tax) for something that was not previously an issue! They said that they had diagnosed the issue when we brought our vehicle in the first time and that we declined that work. We asked for a record of that inspection and our declination and what they sent us was clearly an altered document with the new finding tacked on at the very end. Every recommended maintenance item in that initial inspection report was written with the first letter of each word in upper case except this new finding which was in all lower case. We picked our Jeep up today (1/21/25), after being told that they wouldnt perform the $2408 repair unless we agreed for them to perform ADDITIONAL maintenance (air filters, differential fluid, etc.) to the tune of $1400. So in summary, not only will they not admit fault that they didnt perform the initial work correctly, but they then said it was a completely different issue and wanted to charge us more money, and THEN they wanted to charge more money on top of that for other unrelated issues!

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING A USED CAR HERE. I purchased a 2021 *** 5 series in September. I had a minor accident in early November and while having the body damage repaired it was discovered that there was significant damage and improper repair work on the frame rail of the vehicle from a previous accident which the dealership did not disclose to me before buying the car. The body shop informed me that they would not be able to proceed with fixing my repairs (which are covered by my insurance) until the previous damage was fixed because it is a significant enough safety issued that they legally are not able to. I have been informed that in order to fix the previous damage it will be $12,000 at least and might end up being more after the work is started. The body shop contacted them to explain the damage to them as well as sent them pictures and gave them the price estimate. The dealership told me that they didnt know about the previous damage. The bottom line is they sold me an expensive defective vehicle and have essentially told me that I am on my own to fix it myself. I would be very careful before purchasing a used vehicle here if they dont do the inspections necessary to detect serious safety issues in their vehicles and if such an issue is discovered later, they will ultimately not take responsibility for it. I know that there is always a certain amount of risk in purchasing a used car, but I put my trust and faith in the dealership to inspect their cars properly and if something this serious was discovered later, I thought that they would have done the right thing and helped me out. That was not the case. If you are thinking about purchasing a used vehicle from them, I would strongly suggest getting it thoroughly inspected on your own first or better yet just avoiding this dealership altogether. I made a very expensive mistake purchasing from grapevine dodge Chrysler jeep ram

Im not sure they actually want to sell vehicles. Went in person, they quoted me a higher price than their online price. Then tried to sell me on their protection package which included tangible items such as an upgraded powertrain warranty to 5yr ******* miles whats funny is the online price for the vehicle CLEARLY stated the upgraded powertrain warranty was INCLUDED in the online price along with a 1 year complementary service. When I asked them to send me and updated price sheet with their online price and removing their protection package, they wouldnt. So I sent them a deal another dealership offered me that beat their best deal by $5,000 and they still wouldnt even send a price sheet with their advertised price of the vehicle.. what a joke

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They do not stand behind the lemons they sell. I did the mistake of buying a used car from them about 5 months ago, and *** already had to take the car back 3-4 times because of issues that conveniently arent covered since the car was sold out of warranty. The extended warranty is covering some of the issues. I understand now why they pushed the warranty so much during the sale, and its because they sell garbage. The radio kept on glitching until it died and now my crash detection sensor is not working and I have to wait almost a month to get the part that hopefully fixes the issues. Also, during one of the many visits to the service department I found out that the jeep was sold without performing $1000 worth of services that shouldve happened while it was still under ownership of the dealership and instead of doing the work, they chose to sell the car without doing the work so the idiot that bought it, in this case me, would be responsible for the work. When I called the sales manager and asked them to take ownership for selling a lemon, what he said is that basically he didnt care and since we have already bought the car is on us. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Im sure all the good reviews are paid for. Worse purchase ever, will never buy from this dealership again. If you want more info before they rob you too, tag me and Ill tell you more about it.

DO NOT COME HERE!I was told by my mechanic that only the dealership could reisue keys because someone broke into my car. It rained that week and the next week and water got in. I thought great I can go to this reputable dodge dealership and have a decent quality service. Think twice before coming. It took well over a month to get keys. You can get keys strait off their website and wait a week. It took another whole month to put in the moon roof. They complained the battery doesent work. So I brought them a battery. Complained that I brought one for them to replace. After another 2-3 weeks they said they finished the car and had it detailed. I was like great this makes up for lost time with the car. Low and behold the seats, center console carpet all have mold in them. Their is sticky tape stuck to the rough. My handle for the sunroof is missing glass still in the roof area that was not taken out all the way. When you Hear "this week" try 2.5 weeks+ The lack of communication really shows. If I dident need to take my car here to get keys I wouldn't even have came. It's taken roughly 3 months to get this car done.

They run false ad pricing to set the hook then they do not honor the ad. Ads were run both on Dodges and Autotrader websites for a new Challenger Hellcat $6000 below MSRP. They show the Window sticker, subtract $6000 and then the reduced price. Had two separate invoices presented neither came close to ads price

We will fix your credit; remove all negative items, clear loans, collections and hard inquiries and also raise your score to 760+ ASAP. These were the exact words from M. ***** when I contacted him via JERRYLINKGROUP at GMAIL dot COM. I decided to give ********* CREDIT GROUP a try and to my greatest surprise it worked out for me. In less than 11days after all documentation; my score drastically increased to 810 across the three national credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), I could no longer sight evidence of collections, negative marks, mortgage loan, collections and hard inquiries on my credit report. I honestly appreciate Mr. ***** for fixing my credit.

An AutoTrader search lead me to Grapevine DCJR who had a great price on a diesel Jeep Gladiator. When I called to make a deposit and commit to buy they would not take my deposit. They were, however, taking names and phone numbers. 9 days later the price went up by $6651, but now they'll take my deposit. I then checked Yelp and here on BBB for reviews on Grapevine. I think I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Our truck was at the dealership for repair. It was in their shop for over 3 weeks. When we picked it up on the 25th of August, we noticed the console had been completed emptied. When I brought it to the service technician inside the office that very day, I was told nothing could be done about it. I was told his workers were honest people. The following week, I received my ****** credit card statement. On the 18th of August, there were over $3000 worth of charges made to the local stores in our area. This was during the time Grapevine Dodge had possession of my vehicle. We have filed a police report with Grapevine Police. This dealership should be held accountable for the workers actions. They clearly had someone steal items from our truck and then used our credit card illegally.
