    3/29/2024-3/30/2024 $322.47 tow fee I am writing to file a formal complaint against RPM Parking Management regarding a recent incident involving the towing of my vehicle. My experience with their customer service department was unsatisfactory and unacceptable, and I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention.On March 29, 2024, I registered my vehicle on RPM Parking Management's platform and received a confirmation email. However, to my dismay, I woke up on March 30, 2024, to find that my car had been towed from my own residence. When I attempted to address this issue with their customer service department, the representative I spoke with displayed a complete lack of empathy and refused to listen to my concerns. Instead, she insisted that I was wrong and that their company was justified in towing my car.Despite providing evidence of my registration and attempting to resolve the issue amicably, the representative escalated the situation and eventually hung up on me, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with assistance when issues arise. RPM Parking Management failed to meet these expectations, and their actions have caused me unnecessary inconvenience and financial hardship.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that RPM Parking Management improves its customer service practices. Additionally, I request assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining reimbursement for the towing fees incurred due to their error.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     I have a loaner car because I put my car in the shop. I registered the car for parking at 6:30pm but the next day i worked a double and didnt get off until 2:40a.m. I get up at 5a.m. to get ready for my starts at 6:45a.m. shift and I got off of my regular day shift at 6:30 I could not re-register the car at 2:40 know*** *** thats prime sleep time for me. So I called the contact no.# to explain the the situation. A lady answered very unprofessional, she told me " I suggest you set your alarm clock and no you can't speak to anyone else" as she laughed. I called back later hope to maybe speak to someone else but nope still the same lady!!! She told me hope you figure it out and hung up on me almost as if she get satisfaction from not have to be a helpful resourceful person.
