      Mom pops business. Underpaid and long hours. Most unsafe, stressful and ************* I have worked for. Owners wife screams and curses to employees with no respect, owner dont do anything about it. The only pro, they had a ops manager that used to run the place better than owners. He will take the heat from owners, patient and very organized. He trained everyone without remorse. Company lost a big asset when he left. Company with great potential but very unorganized and low ballers.

      This company has no respect for their customers time or customers business. Our product was to be delivered 2 weeks ago and we have yet to receive it. One person tells you this, another that and supposedly no one takes notes on your account or tries to arrange your delivery but says they are doing it right then. The driver didnt deliver the first time because they had an incorrect address, I verified everything with them immediately and they refused to deliver to me that day. 2 weeks later, they were suppose to deliver today and give a 4 hour window. Got a call driver tried to deliver, but we have a RING system and their driver never showed up. I worked in the freight industry for almost 25 years, this is why trucking has no respect from consumers, communication is key and this company has none. I have cancelled my order and will make sure no ************* with them to deliver any of our freight again. Absolutely the worst customer service!
