I first ordered (2) 65g LiveOak trees from Treeland in 2018 (~$2000), but one of the trees died in 2022. I ordered a replacement for the LiveOak and (14) Crepe ****** trees ($6,228), all installed on 01/23. ********, the lady on the phone is rude and made it a very painful process because of the tree *****. The worst part was that during the tree installation by Treeland, even though the guys clearly identified the sprinkler pipes, they damaged my automatic sprinkler pipe. After the tree planting, while installing the wooden stakes, they pierced the sprinkler pipe. While watering the trees immediately after planting, with my hose, I asked why the water pressure was very low, they lied and said it would come back up later. Unfortunately, within a couple of days when the sprinklers in that zone were clearly not working and the trees were not thriving, I called Treeland! My landscaper confirmed that it was due to a damage to my sprinkler pipe. I took a video of the assessment, and before and after pictures showing the hole made by the stake, and the repair. I emailed *****, spoke to him multiple times and he kept telling me to manually water the trees so they dont die. He refused to pay for the damage so I left it alone. Unfortunately, I had to replace my sprinkler control unit right after this whole ordeal and when I reached out to ***** again, he helped recommend a professional sprinkler guy but never accepted to pay. Im writing this review now because, I reached out to ***** on 04/01/24 and asked for a discount to purchase 3 additional trees ($746) but he offered me $25 off and still refused to accept responsibility or to even apologize for the damage they caused me.Ive never written a review on a business but Im doing this because I believe Treeland ownership doesnt care about the customers, or the damage they cause. Its either arrogance or utter ignorance on the part of this business because with all the pictures and videos I have, I can *** for damages.
