    I am not liable for any debt with Sams furniture. I do not have any contracts with the collection agency trying to collect and report this to my credit report, they did not provide me with the original contract as requested

    Mr ****** we have reviewed the signed lease agreement for your bedroom furniture (Bed, foundation, dresser, mirror) as well as the delivery receipt for the same furniture. You did not make the required payments on the account and we were forced to write off your account to the credit agencies. If you wish to have this withdrawn from your credit report, then we would be happy to discuss settlement of the account. Please call the store at ************ to discuss.

    I am not liable for this debit and i dont have contract with **** applicance. they did not provide me with the original application i like i asked

    We have review Mr *********** accounts as well as the original contract. We have concluded that these are valid accounts opened by Mr ********** Payment on these accounts were completed in June, 2022. Additionally, we already responded to his credit inquiry with the credit bureaus in a timely manner. 

    Due to the personal nature of the documents (original contract, payments), we prefer not to email them. If necessary, once an address is confirmed, we can mail to the consumer.

    Our conclusion is that a correction to the credit report is not necessary at this time.

    Please provide either the last 4 digits of the social security number for the account or the agreement number for the account. The agreement number will be included in the credit reporting from ***'s Furniture and Appliances.

    Once we have this information and can match them to our records, we will be able to investigate your concerns.

    In June of 2023 I purchased two refrigerators from ****************** and Furniture. One to replace my broken one in the house. The other to put in my garage. I told the salesperson my intentions and he never said I couldn't put one in the garage. The one in the garage quit the first of January and I told ***'s who referred the problem to **************** Service which service Whirlpool appliances during warrantee. After the fourth visit to repair my refrigerator, the ****** service person suddenly said my refrigerator was not made to withstand the temperatures in a free-standing garage and referred me back to ***'s. The service manager at ****** *****, said he would look in to it. I have not heard back in a week and cannot reach him.
