    My 17 year old daughter went to get her nails done with her friend and she was charged ****** for toe and nails. I asked her to explain why it was so much and she told me they kept showing her packages and she kept declining. She was told the prices would be no more than ****** for what she picked out. When she was done the price she was given for a total was ******. I called and asked to speak to someone. They explained it to me as for the design she got on 2 nails that was extra and the toenails was an additional charge for a full set of nails because of gel overlay. She also told me that the guy took her phone and put in a review and took a picture of her nails and posted the comment on his ****** review. She had a previous engagement at 2:30 so she had to hurry and get dressed. Once her engagement was done I asked her to take me to the shop and I went to get the recent and asked for pricing info. The owner said it was a miscommunication. An African American person who worked there came to the front and tried to explain as well but it still didn't total to what they were trying to tell me it totaled to ******. I said this is a 17 year old child and you took advantage of her. He said he was sorry. And we will ask next time.
