    Subject: [External]Customer complaint 

    In regards to customer complaint. 

    **** has been in contact with customers son over 2004 Volvo .  Customer had been told that parts are back ordered and very hard to find we have been in contact with a supplier and are hopeful for some of the parts we need soon.  We are hopeful that supplier can get some parts we need pretty soon . Customer has been understanding and is willing to wait for parts and is finishing work.

    I took my car to Raymond’s Transmission on **** *** **** *or evaluation of the transmission. **** the manager asked that I bring my car back the following week on ********* ***** ** *****. I dropped my car off on the specified date at 8:00 am. And my car sat in the same place it was parked for exactly one week. I confirmed this daily with my Owl Dash Cam. I went by multiple times to check on the status of my car seeing it up on the car lift with the transmission removed and laying on the floor for another week. I continued to go by regularly 1-2 times per week to check on the progress and was constantly told by **** that they were going to get to it they had a lot of work. I continued to go by the business to check on the status of my vehicle and was told again by **** that my car would be ready in the coming days and it never was. On August the 1st I received a call from ******** (****s wife I believe) that my car was ready. I was able to pick up my car that evening (@8pm) and paid $**** by check. As I was leaving the business I noticed a number of issues with my vehicle and also that the original transmission issue was still present. I took my car back to Raymond’s and left it in the parking lot. On ****** *** I was told that again my car was ready and proceed to pick it up only to find that the transmission was still the same (**** & his mechanic confirmed this via test drive ). I took my car back again to Raymond’s and was told it was the valve body that needed to be replaced (On a new rebuilt Transmission). On ****** **, again I was told that my car was ready and the valve body was replaced. I again picked my car up test drove it and found that the transmission was again not working. I was told by **** to take the car and bring it back on ****** ** to have the transmission swapped out. I returned to Raymond’s and requested a refund of my money since my transmission is still having the same issues as it was before. Videos can be provided.
