    Stay far far away!! I ordered a $2000 garage door from ************************* who had advertised on FB. I should have known after the first few hiccups that I was dealing with an unethical company and a dishonest man. The door he said he was in possession of, turned out to be a lie. When I asked for pictures of the door, he couldn't produce. When he finally did produce pics, it was not the garage door he had sold me. Mind you ... I had already had my contractor frame out the area for the garage door that ********************* he was in possession of. At this point, I should have walked away, but instead he convinced me that he had a commercial door that was just what I wanted and that he was going to include ALL the hardware AND he would video chat with the contractor during the install. And ... like used car salesman do, he convinced me to meet him at a jobsite 2 hours away to pick up this door. Of course, he changes the city to meet in while I'm on my way. He's then over 2 hours late. Fast forward a week .... i've got the garage door back home and it's time for install. I call ****** who says he's busy flying planes (sends pics), I wait a few days and contact him again for the help with the door installation and now he's "in the mountains" and "has no service". I, again, tell him no problem let's talk after his travels. I finally get him on the phone with my contractor and he assures him he'll send him a list of custom instructions for the door as well as video chat later in the day when the install takes place. Like others have stated, completely ghosted us, wouldn't respond to calls or messages from my wife, our contractor, or myself. Unethical, Shady, Deceitful.

    Had them come out to replace a broken spring, no problems till we lost power and tried to raise the door manually and the cables on the side just fell off. Called him to fix it and he was to busy moving someone, had to call another company, who informed me that the spring was not correct . I called Conquistadoor to change the spring to the correct one. He agreed, then no call no show . Text him again, he said their was a injury, so we rescheduled. Again no call no show . Now he will not answer a call or text , That's great ***************** HA HA . I do not recommend using this company.
