I had lost my debit. Called and reported it lost. Went to the branch in ********* to get another one with no problems. Well here it is months later and Im having charges from OnStar being processed with the old debit card number. And to top it off I had cancelled OnStar months ago!! Called and spoke to ******** at VeraBank. She told me that OnStar is known to not cancel accounts when requested and that I needed proof that I canceled with OnStar. OnStar told me e-mail was autogenerated when canceled which I never received. OnStar refuses to give me my money back and email with cancellation proof as well a VeraBank saying there isnt anything they can do but allow OnStar to take my money!!
