    I purchased a new motorcycle that came with factory accessories. when i took delivery of the new motorcycle the dealership stated the accessories would be sent to me direct from manufacturer. after the parts never arrived, i contacted the manufacturer headquarters, and was provided tracking information showing they had sent my accessories to the dealer. the parts were also associated to my vehicle’s vin. the dealer also fail to pay my vehicle registration but still charged me for registration fees. the dealer blamed the DMV but after contacting the DMV direct they stated the dealer had only made a partial payment and i still had to pay the balance in order to get my plates. the dealer took advantage of the fact that i am not from the area and made zero effort to resolve the issues they created. unprofessional dealership and i would not recommend them.
