I used Ecopark2 recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was below expectations, with customer service, being yelled at, wait times, staff watching *******, and lack of knowledge. Additionally, there was a significant lack of clear signage regarding recent policy changes. This directly impacted my visit as a disabled veteran with DV plates, veteran drivers license, and insurance cards to verify identity and vehicle as well as disabled veteran letter of explanation. I was refused veteran benefits which resulted in unexpected ********** a customer, I value transparency and communication from businesses, and I feel let down by the lack thereof at Ecopark2. I hope they can improve their service quality and ensure better communication with customers regarding policy updates in the future.

I am a disabled Veteran. I arrived at ECOPark on 4/26/24. Being I didn't have a reservation, the guard gave me a voucher and asked if I knew how to get to the garage. I returned on the evening of 5/5/24. When I showed the attendant (id: 549 Ms. ***** ****** *****) my Military id and voucher. She asked which I wanted to used and I asked her what did she mean. Once explained I told her to get a supervisor because I was not paying. She contacted the supervisor on duty, he was busy in ********, he told me over the radio Eco Park is first come first serve. I asked who I could make a claim with because I wanted to be reimbursed. They both advised me to call Mr. *** at the number on the receipt, ************. It's been over 72 hours since I left my message. I find it unprofessional and disrespectful that I have not received a call back. I left a very detailed message and repeated my number three times. Furthermore, I called on 5/7/24 to ask how can a disabled veteran reserve ecopark when you have to pay upfront. I was advised that I cannot. When the changes were made, they had to know approximately how many veterans use the parking on a monthly basis being they take a photo of our plates. They are essentially not providing us the option to utilize eco parking up to 60 days, being we cannot make a reservation. I was in no way expecting to pay $100 to park, when offered complimentary parking previously. Most veterans like myself live on a fixed income. On the flyers provided of the changes, neither mention first come first serve for eco park and if we get a voucher we will have to pay for parking. I am willing to go as far as I need to, to get a resolution for Veterans. Either another lot needs to be provided for Veterans. Or we should be allowed to make a reservation within the ecopark websit. **** can be added to the website for Veterans or just have an option to Veterans to make reservations using our license plates. I hope you are willing to help your Veterans.
