    When I first moved into Sweetwater point, Vicky, did not do me a walk-through on the apartment the apartment was roach infested roaches were in the cabinets, refrigerator, and freezer. let alone had raccoons in the ceiling sounded like they wanted to come in the inside the apartment I have pictures and videos as well for proof. The tubs were stained even the shower head toilets seats wasn’t changed, The blinds in the master bedroom was dirty and tile floor in the kitchen was cracked came up The towel that’s in the bath both bathrooms were turning yellow.I moved June 30,2024 I find it unprofessional for these unprofessional black woman to scam me out my deposit I was suppose to get back when I moved out the unit my deposit was supposed to be $250 and these professional women saying they took my deposit because the unit needed a touchup,which have photos of the unit cleaned before I turn the keys back to them
