    The business complex is deteriorating, the pipes keep busting and releasing sewage water out on the street, flooding issues in the back of the business for awhile, roofs leaking, trash being left onsite for days to weeks not being collected, tight parking space, etc. Every single time we (other business owners and I) filed a complaint, we had to wait and endured the bad smell which affected our business income really bad, since the place is run down, and the smell drove the customers away. They did attempt to fix the problems but their response to the issues was generally slow, and many issues kept coming back. They need to do something about this property or do a better maintenance job since the building is old and always needing attentions. Currently we have been having problems with sewage water coming out from the ground for 2 weeks since the sewage pipe got a problem somewhere and it drove my customers away. Their contractors came and fixed the pipes already but once they left, the problem came back. Please attend to the issue promptly if you can't improve your property quality, or else we will lose our income and won't have money to pay for your rents.

    I WENT TO THE PROPERTY AND SPOKEN WITH MANAGER ADRIANNA AND SHE VERBALLY TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD ASSIST ME WITH GETTING AN APARTMENT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.BUT A DEPOSIT OF $550 TOTAL IS WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR MOVE IN., SHE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO GET 2 SEPERATE MONEY ORDERS,BUT I (WE)GAVE HER 3 MONEY ORDERS THAT TOTALLED$550..THE MANAGER DID MY BACKGROUND AND STATED TO ME THAT I WAS APPROVED AND THAT SHE WILL WORK WITH ME AND MY DAUGHTER******* ******, BUT AFTER RECEIVING OUR MONEY I CALLED HER TO FOLLOW UP & SHE THEN STATED THAT SOME WATER LINE WAS BUSTED AND DIDNT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE REPAIRS.SO WE CAN COME PICK UP MY DEPOSIT,BUT WHEN I GET THERE SHE ONLY PAYS ME$200 AND STATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS OR MORE FOR MY OTHER$200.00 AND I LOST THE $150.OO THIS IS WRONG,I FEEL THAT IF SHE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME THE APARTMENT, SHE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE WHOLE$400.00 NOT HALF.ALL I WANT IS MY REMAINING$200.THAT IS OWED TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER!I DO HAVE THE RECEIPTS!

    Ms. ********* is correct.  The apartment she originally leased could not be made ready for her original requested move in date.  The property will refund all of her monies paid for application fees and security deposits that was posted into the onsite leasing software totaling $350.  The additional deposit required of $200 in the form of a money order was given back to Ms. ********* at the leasing office when the apartment hold was canceled.

    All refunds come from Tarantino Properties Inc.  The onsite leasing office cannot refund monies that have already been deposited into the operating account.  A check will be sent to the applicant's last known address unless an alternate forwarding address is provided to the property in writing.  

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.
