    My car was broken into, with damage to the back glass and the ignition switch. Despite the ongoing security concerns, the apartment management has been reluctant to install an adequate number of cameras in strategic locations. The apartment gates have remained in an open position without any repairs for over six months, compromising the overall security. Additionally, the poor lighting on the back patio creates darkness at night. Furthermore, the swimming pool has been out of service, allowing algae to grow throughout the entire summer, depriving residents of its use.

    8330 Carvel Apartments was sold in November 2022. Lumen Capital has not managed this apartment complex in over a year. Please remove this complaint and file it with the appropriate ownership.
