      Purchased (2) 5 quart bottles of Pennzoil oil and submitted shipment confirmation along with requested information on Pennzoil website however the rebate claim was denied for purchase verification. According to terms of rebate, online purchases require a shipping confirmation which I submitted. Don't understand the problem.

      Penzoil Platinum Rewards Program - Purchased 2 -5qt jugs of Penzoil Platinum on ******, submitted all receipts on 7/28/22. No gift card, no email. SCAM!!!! "Your confirmation number is: ************ Thank you for your qualifying purchase of Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic Motor Oil! Upon validation of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from Pennzoil Rewards, with a link to choose your $25 digital Gift Card from over 100 premium lifestyle merchants. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive this e-mail. Once you make your selection, your $25 digital Gift Card will be e-mailed to you within minutes!"

      Penzoil choose to ignore their rebate check and deny legit rebate submission. Saying that i need photo of the moment amazon deliver and photograph box with merchandise. The submission had a copy of amazon receipt and page stating the item was delivered and return date has already expired. I want my 25-dollar rebate as advertised.

      Purchased two 5 quarts bottle of Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic Oil from Amazon. Submitted the receipts alongwith the submission form on 07/26/2022. Received an email with the confirmation that I will receive an email within 4-6 weeks for selecting vendor for $25 gift card, which I never received. Today(09/26/22), I received an email that my rebate request was denied because I did not respond to "Delivery/Pick-up Email Confirmation Required" which I never received.

      We do have this submission, and Mr. ***** was sent an email stating that “upon validation of his purchase”, he would receive the email to choose the gift card. 

      However, after reviewing his submission and proof of purchase, he did not provide the shipping confirmation information, as required by the terms and conditions.  

      The information he submitted shows that his purchase had “Not Yet Shipped”.  As a result, his submission was denied, and he was sent an email with this information on 09/26/22, stating the reason for the denial, and what he could do to correct his submission.

      I got my oil change at ******* 07-24-2022 at ******* Supercenter in Odessa TX. I specifically chose the Pennzoil Synthetic Oil in order to get their $25 dollar gift card advertised at ******* Autocare along other business even when my car suggests getting Castroil at all times, which could also be easily done at *******. I filled out the form online in order to get the gift card; I found out the website to fill the form is not very easy to navigate compared to Pennzoil's main website but eventually I submitted the form and on August 22-22 I received an email saying my reward offer was rejected. This email went straight to my junk mail and realized they also gave me a time frame (approximately 2 weeks) to resend proof of my oil change even though the campaign is still open until the end of October 2022. I never had the chance to resend the proof since I saw the email too late, they gave me 2 weeks and at that time I was also on a long road trip to Virginia therefore did not have the receipt with me.

      I Purchased 2 gallon containers of Pennzoil Platinum synthetic oil from Walmart which came with a Pennzoil $25 gift card offer. I submitted documentation for the purchase of 1 gallon on one receipt and one on another with a reference number of ************. Pennzoil rejected my sbmission for the following reason: Invalid Reason Incomplete purchase-Offer requires more than 1 product purchased to qualify I purchased 2. I have left multiple voice mails and emails and cannot get a response. Appreciate your help. Thanks ******* *******

Mr. ******* made two separate transactions.  However, we will re-process his submission as if he made the purchase in one transaction.  We ask that Mr. ******* please allow 7 – 10 business days for reprocessing.
